Multi-Shafts Auger Series
Sanwa Multiger series has plural output shafts to apply for retaining walls and or soil consolidation (stabilization) using agitating auger flight and head.
In this works, cement slurry is injected to ground through swivel device in Multiger and hollow stem in agitating auger flight and head.
Existing soil is mixed and agitated with slurry by means of agitating flights and head that are connected with plural output shafts of Multiger.
From this series, clients have established their own methods such as CDM, JST, SMW etc.

Soil cement-mixing wall method for making the soil-cement wall that does in situ by using the multi shaft auger equipment developed specially, by injection of cement slurry from the point and mixing it with the existing soil for making the soil-cement wall. As a soil cement-mixing wall of continual one body, the complete lap being able to point to the bored hole mixing axis of the element edge to the next element,it keeps creating.
As for the Soil cement-mixing wall, it is possible to utilize wide-ranging in the waterproof earth retaining wall, in the resistance earth retaining structure and the dead water wall.
Standard wall thickness of Soil cement-mixing wall method is Ø550- 650mm and Ø850mm. In case ofØ850mm walls, it is superior in yield waterproof characteristic and high reliability at deep retaining structure.
As for the Soil cement-mixing which it operates the based machine, the earth auger, the screw and the plant which responds to purpose combining with the optimum. For example, when it is the hard ground where the preceding pre-boring is necessary, changing to the single auger screw for pre-boring.

4High Liability
Standard mixing column diameter is Ø550 - 650 mm, but to correspond to the much deeper requirement recently, mixing column diameterØ850 - 900 mm has become possible due to the reinforcing material having big section modulus be able to insert.
As for depth of wall longest are 67.5 m.
Soil Retaining Wall
Soil mixing wall, consists only the soil cement when and, are times when it is constituted by with the reinforcing material (H shaped steel beam, sheet-pile, concrete product and others).
